re·solve \ ri-ˈzälv \

verb · noun  |  from Latin resolvere — to loosen, to release

  1. noun : firm determination of purpose; the steady will to see a hard thing through “her resolve carried her through every session”
  2. verb : to find a solution to; to settle or fix “treat the cause and the pain resolves”
  3. verb : to separate something into its component parts in order to understand it “resolve the movement into its parts”

Why “Resolve”?

Most clinics are named after a street or a surname. Ours is named after a promise — three of them, actually. Look the word up and you'll find our whole philosophy already written there:

  1. Your resolve. The grit it takes to show up week after week and do the work? We see it every day — and we match it, rep for rep.
  2. We resolve problems. Not manage them. Not “let's see how it feels next month.” Find the source. Fix it. Done.
  3. We resolve movement. The engineer's meaning: break a movement into its parts, find the weak link, and rebuild it stronger than it was.

One word on the door. Three promises behind it.

Our Core Values

Personalized 1:1 Care

Every visit is one-on-one with the same therapist. No hand-offs, no assistants, no rotating providers. Just focused, consistent care built around you and your goals.

Find the Source

We dig deeper to treat the root cause of your pain, not just the symptoms. Understanding why something hurts is the first step to making sure it does not come back.

Bend Community

We live here, we play here, and we understand the active Central Oregon lifestyle. Our therapists know the trails, the slopes, and the demands your body faces because we face them too.
